Frequently asked questions:

Are you a chiropractor?

I am no longer a registered chiropractor. I was registered with the General Chiropractic Council from 2006 until 2018. As my approach to human health evolved over the years, my mindset has become more holistic and integrated. Rather than exclusively focussing on trying to fix symptoms like back and neck pain, sciatica, cervicogenic headaches and migraine, I now look at the whole body physiology asking ‘what’s holding this person back from healing?’ ‘What does this person need to add or do, to assist their body’s natural healing response?’ I still assess spinal function and adjust the spine when appropriate, but not just to alleviate back or neck pain.

Do you work with athletes?

Yes.

Over the years I have worked with a range of athletes from professional fighters, ultra marathon runners, rugby teams and world’s strongest men.

I mainly work in two ways with athletes:

  1. Recurrent injury patterns. When injuries recur time after time we need to look at the whole body to identify what’s holding back the healing process.
  2. Elite performance. When athletes are really pushing to achieve the highest results, their bodies need to be tuned for optimal performance!
